Bluebonnet Cafe offers a large selection of breakfast entrees, such as eggs with choice of meat, hashbrowns or grits, and toast or biscuit and gravy. We also have several Mexican-style breakfasts, as well as pancakes,waffles, french toast, and several omelletes to choose from.  For lunch we offer appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and some of the best burgers in town.  We also offer different daily specials.
